The Challenge

Our client’s website was far from perfect. It looked old and wasn’t easy for people to use, especially for filling out forms, which was a big problem since they worked with other businesses and needed a smooth, easy-to-use site. The design was outdated, lacking the lively visuals that draw people in today. The forms on the website weren’t meeting the needs of their clients, making it hard for them to get what they needed done.

Plus, there was the huge task of moving all the old website’s important data to the new one without losing anything or making mistakes. Another big issue was that the website’s form tool didn’t work well with another plugin they needed, making things even more complicated.

The Strategy

Our strategy to overcome these hurdles involved a multifaceted approach. Firstly, we built forms with complex functionality aimed at enhancing the user experience to benefit businesses, facing the challenge of integrating over 4 distinct forms on the same website, a complicated situation demanding careful management. Then, the technical team employed an innovative solution to resolve the conflict between the WordPress opt-in form and the forms plugin, ensuring seamless integration of the various forms required for different audience roles. In parallel, we embarked on a comprehensive redesign of the client’s website, focusing on a modern aesthetic with engaging visuals, including videos and images, to enhance the user experience. Additionally, we undertook the meticulous task of migrating data from the old website to the new platform, executed efficiently by our developers to guarantee a smooth transition without disrupting website operations. This strategic approach addressed the immediate challenges and laid a solid foundation for the client’s future digital endeavours.
