Li-Ning is a worldwide sports brand from China, founded by former Olympic gymnast Li Ning.
It sells a wide variety of high quality badminton accessories and equipment and has branched out to many other types of sports supplies.
The Challenge
The main challenge for this sports brand was competition. Even though they are known worldwide, the level of competition across Google is exceptionally high. As a well-known brand, the details are crucial. Showing your trademarks in ads must follow specific Google requirements, etc. We thus took a look at their Google accounts and noticed many areas that we could help them improve.
The Strategy
The first thing we noticed was their conversion tracking was not correctly set up. Ecommerce conversion tracking would also be needed to optimize the data accurately. We then created a custom digital marketing strategy for them to improve their sales and revenue across North America. After, we restructured their Google campaigns and helped them find the best attribution model that would benefit them. Finally, we designed and created new campaigns they were not utilizing, such as Google shopping campaigns, etc. These new campaigns would also help target a whole new audience they were not marketing to before: the Chinese consumers.
