The Crosstown Condos are a collection of premium condominium properties in the Don Mills area of Toronto. Our goal was to generate quality leads for our client.
The Challenge
Firstly, many realtors were competing in the same sphere of the Crosstown Condos. Another challenge was the limited time to prepare and launch the campaign. We had to create a landing page, a conversion tracking system, and the whole campaign from scratch in one week.
The Strategy
This project’s strategy was to set up a conversion tracking system, create a high-converting landing page, and promote the campaign through multiple channels. We used Google Search, Display and Facebook Ads to put both the message and the landing page in front of a targeted audience. Furthermore, we gathered potential buyer information through the opt-in form.
