Digital Marketing Case Study – DY Printing Box​

DY Printing Box was founded in 2014. They produce outstanding, high-quality packaging. Their customer service is always timely and helpful. We also discovered that DY Printing Box’s prices were very reasonable, and their packaging is 100% customizable. Having all of these characteristics as a company allowed DY Printing Box to stand out from their competition. All they needed was more exposure online to be discovered by more and more potential customers. They had started marketing their business primarily through word of mouth, referrals, and limited online exposure. In September of 2016, they decided to take a leap of faith and invest their limited budget in digital marketing.

The Challenge

The client was facing strong competition in the market, as there were many other well-known and established companies in the packaging industry. Additionally, although they had a website, it was not optimized, and there was no conversion tracking system set in place to track the results. Since they were a new company, their budget was also minimal.

 
 

The Strategy

First, we designed and built a cross-channel conversion system so that the client could see exactly where their conversions were coming from. Then, we identified the client’s Unique Selling Points (USP) and focused on marketing these points to distinguish themselves from their competition. Furthermore, to generate the best possible results with their limited budget, we decided to use day-parting and target specific times when we knew there would be more conversion to save on the ad spend. Lastly, we ran A/B testing on ads and landing pages to see what worked and what did not, to increase the conversion rates.
