The Challenge
The main challenge for this home & commercial renovation platform was competition in the greater Toronto area from both the English & Chinese markets. They were using Google Ads but not seeing the results they wanted. They wanted to increase their ranking on Google search engine results dramatically.
The Strategy
The first thing we needed to fix was their conversion tracking so they could start to track the correct data and conversion. Then we did a website and Google Ads account audit to identify the critical technical SEO and PPC campaign issues. Based on the audit findings, we corrected the technical SEO issues jeopardizing their Google ranking and implemented on-page SEO for all main English & Chinese pages. We also re-built their English and Chinese campaigns to improve performance.
