DY Printing Box was funded in 2016. They started marketing their business through word of mouth, referrals, and very limited online exposure. They decided to take a leap of faith in September, 2016 and invest their limited dollars on digital marketing.

The Challenge

The client was facing a strong competition on the market, there were many other well-known and established companies in the packaging industry. Though they had a website, it was not optimized and there was no conversion tracking system set in place in order to track the results. Since they were a new company, their budget was also very limited.

The Strategy

Overall, the strategy was to reach the target audience at the most cost-effective way possible. First, we built a cross-channel conversion system to show our clients the results, so that they could see exactly where their conversions were coming from. Then, we identified the client’s Unique Selling Points (USP) to identify what made them unique, and what made them stand out from their competition, and we focused on marketing their USP. In order to still generate the best possible results with their limited budget we decided to use day-parting to save on the ad spend, and target specific times when we knew there would be a lot more targeted traffic. Lastly, we ran A/B testing on ads and landing pages to see what worked and what did not, with the purpose of increasing the conversion rates.

Once we took over on October 2016, optimized and set up the conversion tracking system, DY Printing started seeing shocking results. They doubled their sales within 6 months, and their organic search increased 100% within 12 months!

When comparing September 2016 vs. December 2017, the website sessions have gone up by 828.57%, and due to the exposure they were able to not only double, but triple their sales, unbelievable! But very possible and achievable with an accurate conversion tracking system and the right amount of optimization from digital marketing experts.
