Our client funded an acupuncture & massage therapy clinic in 2012. With a limited budget, they started to do their own marketing for many years. Eventually, they realized that it was very hard to keep up with the ever-changing algorithm and digital marketing trends, so they decided to take a chance on a digital marketing agency and see what results it could bring them. 

The Challenge

The client’s services are very popular on Google, but they weren’t getting much traffic, and their website generated just about 3 leads a month. The client realized that even though their keywords were popular and highly searched for, their strategy just didn’t seem to be working. Their website was not SEO-friendly and their content was not optimized for user experience. They also had no conversion tracking system set in place to see where their conversions were coming from. This client really needed to be seen by their local customers.

The Strategy

Overall, the strategy was to start ranking for their highly searched keywords. We were honest with them from the start. We told them that their budget was too low and that to see real, quality conversions they would need to increase it. Though still doubtful, they decided to trust our suggestion and they increased their budget. We fully restructured their campaigns to reach their target audience, set up a conversion tracking system, implemented on-page SEO and did content polishing on their website.

Because their budget was still limited, we did not do display campaigns. The client wanted to focus on phone calls, therefore we only did search campaigns for them.

Before taking over their account, they did not get much website traffic, and just 2-3 conversions a month. During the first 3 months of Noah taking over their digital marketing, the results were good but not shocking. They started increasing their traffic and conversions little by little.

After about 3 months the acupuncture and massage clinic started seeing shocking results. They are receiving over 30 leads monthly! Now the client is considering adding display campaigns after seeing how powerful an effective digital marketing strategy can be.
