Digital Marketing Case Study – Acupuncture & Massage Clinic​

Our client funded an acupuncture & massage therapy clinic in 2012. With a limited budget, they started to do their own marketing for many years. Eventually, they realized that it was very hard to keep up with the ever-changing algorithm and digital marketing trends, so they decided to take a chance on a digital marketing agency and see what results it could bring them. 

The Challenge

The client’s services are very popular on Google, but they weren’t getting much traffic as their website generated just about 3 leads a month. They then realized that, although their keywords were popular and highly searched for, their strategy just didn’t seem to be working. Their website was not SEO-friendly, and their content was not optimized for user experience. They also did not have a conversion tracking system in place to see where their conversions were coming from. This client needed more to gain more visibility.

The Strategy

Overall, the strategy we crafted was to start ranking for their highly searched keywords. We were open with them from the start. We told them that their budget was very low and that to see real, quality conversions, they would need to increase it. Though still doubtful, they chose to trust our suggestion, and they increased their budget. We restructured their campaigns to reach their target audience, set up a conversion tracking system, implemented on-page SEO, and polished their website content.

 

Since their budget was still limited, we chose to focus primarily on search campaigns to target people actively looking for their services.
